All members of the public are invited and are very welcome to attend. The meeting includes a Public Participation Session near the start, during which you may talk to parish councillors about items on the agenda. You are free to leave whenever you like. Please note that the following:

• this is a meeting of a Killinghall Parish Council’s committee, not a meeting of North Yorkshire Council
• unless the Chair agrees otherwise, you may not address the meeting after the Public Participation Session has passed

The Agenda will be posted on the parish council noticeboards at least three days before the meeting. You can find these noticeboards outside Killinghall Village Hall, on Church Lane, Jennyfield Drive and on Ingleborough Drive.
